Positive Location was spot on, we where met by the host , who let us in to the cottage and was very friendly and welcoming, also a nice touch was the welcome package, the cottage was cosy and well located for guisborough high street and the various shops and pubs

Positive Such a great place to stay! Very clean and tidy and the welcome provisions were appreciated. Original cottage charm, with modern facilities and the garden was such a bonus!
