Positive Located in very attractive street. Quiet and friendly with excellent bakery/cafe nearby and pub selling food just a little further along the street. Possible to walk to Joss Bay beach within 20 minutes. Other beaches a bit further away and might need a car but local buses very good, particularly the bus service called 'The Loop' which comes along every 10 mi
