Positive Location was great for exploring the Forest of Dean Area. Very quiet and peaceful. Property was spacious and very well equipped, plenty of fresh towels, kitchen essentials etc. Plenty of storage space and drawers. Lots of plug points in handy places. The lodge had a smart tv with Netflix and WiFi was excellent throughout. The lodge was warm and comfortable.

Positive The property was clean [without being spotless] lovely and warm, generally well equipped [although see comment below] with plenty of room for 4 adults. Excellent pre stay communication from the host who met us on arrival to hand over the keys and explain how everything worked. Proximity to forest walks.
