Positive The hotel is in a quiet rural location but easy to find and easy to access. The staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant is pretty good - breakfast is a particular highlight. There is a pool, a spa and a nice fitness center. There is plenty of parking. I have stayed there several times over the last 15 years or so and have never been disappointed.

Positive The staff were very friendly, two of the staff were fantastic, the gentleman night porter was ever so welcoming, warm, friendly and helpful. Faye in the restaurant was so professional and efficient. On the first morning, we were seated with menus given but with no explanation.
