Positive We got an upgrade. Staff were lovely and let us check in before 3pm which was nice. Lovely big room. Very cosy and quiet. Fantastic bed. Breakfast was £15 and we made a mistake by not having it there, choosing instead to go downtown and pay more. The car park was across the street as well which was perfect. And the waterfront was metres away.
