    Positive The Beds were comfy and the space in the garden and in the communal areas were great. There were 18 of us but it never felt crowded. It's a great location too with a bus stop over the road which takes 10 minutes to get into town. There was also a bank of bikes which made some journeys super easy. Check in was straightforward.

    Positive Stayed here with my large family. the location is great, cosy, and very warm around the house. I read the house description and reviews in detail so i knew what to expect. I booked for 14 people, and I would suggest having additional seating areas in the lounge or dining as it would be difficult to seat if 23 people were booked (not a negative, a suggestion)
