Positive The house itself was very nice, had very modern features. Very spacious very clean very close to the tube and shopping quiet neighborhood great outdoor space for kids. It was very hard to get a hold of the host typically took several hours to get a response after several calls and messages. We had locked ourselves out, took about an hour to get a hold of her
