Positive We came as a family of 5 location was perfect central to most of chester everything within walking distance, apartment spacious and clean, Amy very friendly and approachable nothing to big or small to ask

Positive The apartment was cosy and warm and had everything needed for a short stay. The beds were comfortable and the books and games were a real bonus. I booked the second floor balcony apartment and the balcony was a great addition to the apartment even in December. The canal side walk in to Chester was lovely.

Positive Location, easy to get in, warm, clean. Had a problem with the hot water Saturday morning & the owner had it sorted within the hour.
