    Positive Great location..fabulous walk along the prom to New Brighton. Plenty of places to walk the dog. Host was relaxed and responsive to our requests. Super large living room with great TV. We found the beds very comfortable, (though the second bedroom is very cramped.) The flat was warm and provision of extra heater was helpful. Shower worked well. The Christmas
