    Positive Location is great near the seafront and close to town. House has a lovely layout. Nice back yard which would be nice in summer. Could do with a spruce up, some new towels and a deep clean would be good as it’s looking a bit tired but this didn’t detract from our stay. Good communication

    Positive The property is very close to the beach. It is in a quiet location with plenty of amenities a short walk away. The path on the beach takes you straight into Worthing town centre and the pier. The walk takes about 50 mins which gives you plenty of time to get sea air, take in the beautiful coastline scenery and build up an appetite ready for breakfast, lunch
