Positive Great communication before our trip, host sent pictures ahead of our arrival so we knew where to park. Met us at the carpark for our arrival time, gave us a quick walk around the building so we knew where everything was then left us to it. Room was fresh, bright and clean. It was a bit of a storm so I didnt go onto the balcony but the views looks great from
