PositiveNot the best, far from the worst. It took multiple calls before I was given the keysafe code. The room was very clean and I felt safe. There were 2 huge beds in the room, the bedding smelt of washing powder, towels provided. Jam, syrup, powdered milk in the room but no kettle.
