    Positive Nicely located to the train station and the bar staff were friendly getting checked in. I was offered free luggage for the day upon my checkout which was a nice surprise!

    Positive Very pleasant, gracious gentleman checked me in. Was also super helpful regarding any questions I asked. They provided nice discounts on their pub food and drinks. Also provided free storage so I could do other things during the day.

    Positive Location excellent. Even with a tube strike, very easy to get around central London. Excellent walking and cycle routes right outside the front door. Room clean well presented albeit basic. The shower room was fabulous - lots of space to get ready and water pressure and temperature brilliant!
