    Positive The apartment was very clean, very comfortable and had everything one could ever needed. The kitchenette was sparkling clean and well equipped and newly designed. The whole place felt and smelled clean. The location was perfect as it was close to the beach on feet. We really enjoyed our stay & will definitely go there again.

    Positive It's new, it's more room than I've ever had for this price. It fact the rooms we had were bigger than some flats I've lived in. The location was great. Only 100 metres from the sea front. Shop only 50 metres away and a good array of restaurants in Westcliff and a mile from the centre of Southend. There is a train station very close that takes you to Southend
