    Positive I liked this place. It is a perfect guest house for a short trip to Broadstairs. It was comfortable and felt safe. It was clean and well designed. You don't actually come into contact with the staff - you just contact them on a mobile number. They were friendly and helpful and always answered. The shower is great and powerful.     Positive Proximity to shops, restaurants and the beach. It was very cozy. Had coffee and tea sachets, free hot drinks and water from conservatory. Air con unit a dream in the summer. Little bit of breakfast in the morning chosen by guest. All shops etc Take cash and cash is preferred by 95%. Although sharing the actual property, the room felt very private.
