    Positive Immaculately presented, perfect location to Beamish and near to an excellent pub. The property had very high quality finishing and absolutely everything you could need to make an easy and comfortable stay

    Positive Rosie's cottage is absolutely spotless, cosy and welcoming. It feels like a home from home and in a nice quiet location. It was walking distance to Beamish and only 2 mins away in car. Really good communication with owners and they are very helpful too. We stayed has a family of 5 and there was plenty of room. It's location also means there's lovely local wo
