    Positive Very kind staff. Clean room. Very close to a tube station. Very close to a Sainsbury's. From the tube station you can arrive to Heathrow in ten minutes.

    Positive Excellent location, beautiful garden and overlooking sunroom/dining area, shared fridge and tea/coffee available at all times. Rooms a bit small but comfortable, bathrooms clean. Walls a bit thin but unless there are loud guests, it is a very pleasant stay. All staff is super accommodating and kind. So close to the metro station and in vicinity of great eats
