Positive Location for us was perfect, secluded quiet location, very private with own gated driveway, ample for two cars, the property is large enough to not feel cramped, excellent central heating, and with imitation electric stove for extra heat, large internet TV in lounge, and one in the bedroom too, the kitchen had everything needed!
