Positive good breakfast included in relaxed atmosphere with nice view of st james church and the trawlerman statue. comfortable room, quiet, clean, cosy, nice furniture. receptionist sorted me a phone alarm call too.

Positive It is a great location for access to the train station and the town centre. I needed a quiet place for an online meeting and they very kindly let me use the meeting room.
