Positive They did not give me the downstairs room showing the picture that was displayed. I got an upstairs room which worked but was up stairs carrying heavy luggage. Location was perfect to walk to River Cam, and walk to Cambridge and had great pub cafes on next block and a coop grocery store right across the street. Newly finished.

Positive Was met with someone at the property and they explained everything we would need but know. They WhatsApp us and we could ask any questions on needed. Also complimentary bread, jams and food. Cannot fault them at all!
