    Positive Very good location, a few minutes to the British Museum. Very friendly and helpful staff.

    Positive Very nice location and easy check in. I was given a room with two beds but I am a solo traveler and I could see why people complained about the bed. One out of two was very creaky and noisy. The shared bathroom was very clean the whole time I was there.
