    Positive Fabulous location, cute cottage and lots of really helpful guidance/instructions about the property and location. Also great communication. Great welcome and food at the king’s arms - two min walk. Lovely cafe, craft shop, artisan bakery and farm shop at historically important Otterton mill - lass than two minute walk.

    Positive Lovely cosy cottage, feels very welcoming, good facilities in the kitchen, has WiFi which is good as otherwise no phone signal. Very comfortable beds. Pretty back garden with outside seating, we didn’t use it as a bit chilly in March but great for summer. Wood burner. Thank you for all the little notes on how to use things.
