Positive We were upgraded to a larger room with a garden view on arrival, which was really lovely. It was a large room and was filled with nice touches - like cookies on arrival, water during turn down service, etc. We absolutely loved the garden and the spa. It’s a very cool property and we enjoyed exploring the grounds. The staff is also very kind and attentive.

Positive The hotel is out of the hubbub of central Bath and has lovely, cared-for grounds of its own, as well as a sunny terrace. It has a deeply familial and country house atmosphere, bolstered by squashy sofas and the owners' art on the walls. The staff are universally charming and a pleasure to be around.
