Positive Booking was easy and uncomplicated. The hotel is in an excellent location. Breakfast was and my one evening meal were excellent. The staff are very efficient, attentive and friendly. Many years ago when I would visit Croft and Hurworth to visit my grandmother and family I would see the hotel and always wondered what is would be like. It always looked special
