    Positive It’s gorgeous: a south-facing view of the sea in practically every room. Painted a bright white throughout and tastefully decorated with local artists’ prints - just enough to give it some personality. A beautiful combination of an older property with character and clean modern fittings. And talking of clean… it is spotless.

    Positive The Eaves is a great flat. It's comfortable, cosy, clean, and very tastefully decorated. The Seaviews are great, and access to cafés, restaurants, and bus services is great too. It's very well equipped. The owner responded quickly to a maintenance problem and got it sorted. He was easily contactable and very helpful.
