Positive Hotel is situated in a fantastic spot. There was no wait for reception. Matthew the FOH manager checked us in and was friendly, helpful and professional

Positive We often stay at the Grand visiting Scarborough. We have stayed at least 30 times over the last 10 years and only once had a dissappointing room, which we did discuss with the manager. Breakfast is wonderful and plentyful, and the restaurant manager we have always seen for years is lovely and welcoming and professional. Warm room in November with a sea view
