    Positive Location was brilliant - 100 yards to Roker beach! 50 yards to the park. Located after all in the finest city with the best footy team to boot! Parking was brilliant! 8 numbered spaces. Kitchen was plentifully supplied with pots, pans and utensils. High level of cleanliness throughout.

    Positive Warm, comfortable, accepts dogs, easy to get to, lots of amenities in venue, very helpful host, little courtyard for dog to be let out into, clean, nice size, near to the beach and cafes
