Positive Staff was rude when I called for help. He also cut the phone off on me, and when I tried calling back, he refused to answer the call. I continued ringing 2-3 times, and then he answered It is supposed to be non-SMOKING property, but from we enter the property, my HUSBAND'S COPD SET OFF MY SHORTNEST BREATH STARTED WE COULDN'T BREATH OR SLEEP.
