Positive The Guest house was beautiful in a nice quite location but in easy reach to the center of Lincoln, everything was clean and bed was very comfortable, nice view of cathedral from our room. The breakfast was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble, they even packed a little breakfast goodie bag for our friend who had an early train booked. They let us leave
