Positive Clean, comfy, cozy, nice big bathroom and shower/tub, all amenities, quiet, easy check-in/check-out, responsive staff, attractive venue. Super breakfast in charming garden-room, nice pub. Lovely garden w/table service. Good, easy, safe, free parking. Lovely village. Big comfy bed. Authentic English village atmosphete. Pleasant helpful staff.

Positive I'm reviewing this as backpackers walking The Monarch's Way, so our requirements are a warm room, hot water, a comfortable bed, somewhere for dinner and a great breakfast. Our room was ground floor and huge, with a very large bed, an even bigger bath (very welcome), and toiletries including body lotion and conditioner (no room in my pack for such luxuries!).

Positive Lovely location. Quiet village, with nice shops and restaurants and easy access by car to a wide range of different locations. Staff were absolutely brilliant with my kids.
