Positive We stayed in the Best Room and it truly was the best experience. The staff on site were all extremely kind and attentive, and they really make you feel at home. The property was perfectly located just steps from the famous Portobello Road. Everything was perfect. Thank you for making our stay so special, we will be returning next time we are in London!
