Positive Highly recommended for families. Location is fantastic, close to convenient stores, bus stop and metro. Host was also very responsive. Kitchen and dining stuff were provided. We love the complimentary coffee and sugar!

Positive I liked that we could gain access to the keys on our own, especially since our travel was delayed. The local managers of the building really helped us out by coming to replace a fuse while we were out touring during the day and they communicated well via phone.
