    Positive Very friendly team. Room wasn't fancy but it was clean and comfortable. Food is definitely to be recommended - we had steaks which we thought were seriously good (and we are ultra fussy about the meat we eat). We needed to be in the area overnight for something we had arranged for the following day and The Shoulder was a good find.
