Positive Location can’t be beat! Conveniently walking distance to many of the sights of cultural significance and steps away from many west end theaters. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. Room had outlets for UK, US and European plugs so I didn’t need my adapter. Buffet breakfast at the hotel was very good, lots of selection o

Positive Gorgeous property. Very clean and well equipped. We spoke with Tyrone at reception who was incredibly nice. All the staff were so lovely to me and my little girl.

Positive The staff was simply superb, helpful, courteous, and great at their jobs; hard to imagine ever having a better experience. The location of the hotel was fantastic for exploring, for dining, for just walking around and soaking up London. The breakfast was superb with plenty of buffet and a la carte options. The gym was large and well equipped.
