    Positive Great ambiance, much more character than staying at a chain hotel. The unit is next to the beer garden which was great!

    Positive I liked how a staff member helped me with my bags and took me to my room. The room was cute, we asked for 3 singles and it was exactly as requested. It was clean and a good size and they had laid out a little bar of soap and small shower gel bottle neatly in each bed. The location was perfect!     Positive James and Angela were wonderful help in providing ideas for getting around Windsor and accommodating any of our requests. Both were very interested in making sure our stay was excellent, down to telling us about the great coffee "food truck" that arrives in the morning outside their doors and has excellent coffee and homemade pastries and arranging transport
