Positive Our room was very clean and felt very cozy. It had all the extra touches that make it so welcomingand the hosts had thought about everything that guests might need. The English breakfast was hearty and overall we had a lovely, comfortable stay at th le Woodszz. Would definitely recommend!

Positive Wonderful guest house, the rooms have great facilities and are exceptionally clean. The hosts are welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast is amazing. On arrival you can pay a small fee for a parking permit which is really helpful and definitely saves money. The location is brilliant, a short walk to the shops, restaurants and sea front.
