Positive Ideally located for us. A short walk from the quay side, and the local pubs and restaurants. A slightly longer walk to the main grocery store in the town, but needed the exercise so no worries there. Close to my mother's house. St George's Well, and Tregirls Beach are closer and easier to get to than Brea Beach, and you don't need the Ferry.
