Positive Downstairs room/bar & reception all easy access. The owner/manager was very friendly welcoming and informative The room was a little dated but very clean.the bed was fresh crisp and super comfortable

Positive Wonderful host, lovely warm and comfortable rooms, and a tasty breakfast each morning. We appreciated the free parking and the location is ideal if visiting the NEC due to its close proximity. Would definitely stay again in the future!

When I explained I had slight mobility issues, he immediately arranged for a ground-floor room for me.
