    Positive Great location for us close to family and town center. Easy to walk to town center (some hills), nature area, local pub. Durham is lovely - and we spent time at the cathedral and walks around the river and old town. Plenty of parking at the house (note - very difficult/impossible to park for free in Durham center). Sun room and garden were lovely - spent muc

    Positive Beautiful home with all the facilities you could possibly need. Lovely enclosed garden. Excellent for children and dogs (even had a wendy house/den and child's picnic table). Central location with easy access to Wharton Park and the city centre. Clean and comfortable with cosy additional soft furnishings. Childrens' cutlery and plastic dishes were appreciate
