Positive Location was great. Close to the docks where we embarked on our ship. Upon arriving in Southampton by bus, we walked from the bus station with our luggage to get to the hotel because we didn't want to wait for a taxi. It was a little bit of a walk but doable. We ate dinner at the restaurant. The service was great as was the food. Be sure to get the monk fish

Positive The fabulously kind and professional reception staff and chambermaid. The location. The huge comfortable bed. Great complimentary tea and coffees and hot chocolate and biscuits! Breakfast excellent. Very comfy reception/bar area. Thank you.
