Positive Communication was excellent as we're the Caretakers really went out of his way, we even had a welcome visit which was a lovely touch. We had a problem with the TV he bought a new one. Connection isn't great but we weren't on holiday to watch TV just a rainy day. Instructions were given on how to use appliances. The towels and bedding were washed beautifully
