    Positive The location of the property was perfect for us. I was running the Brighton Marathon and was only a 40 minute drive to the start line! The village of Yapton was idillic, a big park lined with a useful co op and fish and chips. The property itself was nestled into a quiet, peaceful garden with the horses as a neighbour!
