Positive Pamela was brilliant, sent us a video of how to get to the parking spot before we arrived. She also sent us a video of how to get to our room and walked us through it. Both super helpful if you come after hours. We ended up meeting her in person and were able to receive our keys from her. The apartment is fabulous and has everything you would need for a stay

Positive The room and facilities were fantastic, kitchen had everything we needed and more. It had every utensil and kitchenware that one would need. The bed was comfortable as well as the couch in living room area. The shower was excellent with lovely Rituals products already provided and a heated towel rack.
