Positive It's in a perfect quiet and peaceful location with a very cosy room that has everything you need, teas, coffee, biscuits and other goodies. The breakfast options are ideal for a light breakfast. On arrival one finds a dedicated parking space and at the front door the warmest of welcomes awaits. It's the second time I've stayed and will certainly return !! 😊

Positive A beautiful old house tucked away in a quiet country lane. A very peaceful spot in lovely countryside but only 15 minutes from Lyme Regis and Charmouth. A very warm welcome from Patricia and a quick guided tour of the room and facilities, a lovely selection of beverages and snacks and all the bits and bobs needed for a light breakfast.... perfect 👌 The room

Positive Evoked peacefulness and calm. The decor was in line with my own. A place of healing, rest and mindfulness. Not for all I am sure. The balcony window seat was a calming place with bird song just an open window away.
