    Positive Other than a musty smell throughout the house, decor was dated, and 2 of the living room chairs could be upgraded, this place was everything we needed it to be. Very clean, very nice beds, stocked very well

    Positive We loved the location - away from the traffic and crowds on Broadway, but close enough to walk there. Also, easy walk to beach access. I appreciated all the beach towels at the house, the outside hose for washing off sand, and the laundry facilities. We used the Little Tikes wagon, too! Kitchen was well-stocked. We would come here again.
