Positive A personal handover and shown the unit was good, good secure parking facilities included, grocery stores around the corner, metro to city close. easy walk to Santa Monica pier, shopping area and local transport.

Positive The location was amazing - walking distance to the Promenade, restaurants, and most importantly the Santa Monica Pier and beach. The place had spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was nicely outfitted.
