Positive The bed was very comfortable as was the shower. I loved the TV with streaming options. The staff was the best part. The young woman who worked at the front desk most of my visit was excellent. She was super pleasant, personable, helpful and kind.

Positive The staff were excellent! Went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. I was at a trade show at the Convention Centre and it was super close. I needed a HDMI Cable after forgetting mine at home. The staff let me use theirs! I highly recommend this hotel.
