Positive The staff was absolutely friendly over the top helpful. The rooms were so much better than I expected. Everything was great. They thought of things that I never would have thought they would. They had extras and the airport shuttle being there 24 hours was a lifesaver and they even gave us a lift once somewhere else when we needed it. The concierge was somet
