    Positive Very charming and welcoming bed & breakfast. Staff was very helpful and incredibly friendly. Communication was top-notch. Bedroom was very quiet, and the bed was very, very comfortable (mattress and pillow appeared new). Location was perfect for visiting embassy row. Exceptional value.

    Positive Common rooms had a rustic charm. Breakfast was fine, and included some chit-chat with other guests. The room was comfortable in a spartan way.
