Positive We loved being right across the street from Balboa Park and, for us, being within walking distance of Hillcrest and downtown San Diego. Having a door code and not dealing with keys was a major plus. Balboa bar and Grill on the corner had the great burgers and OCHO Mexican Takeaway down the street was the best! There’s also a CVS close by. Staff was helpful a
